including but not limited to, Kuwait Finance House, Investment Dar, A’ayan Leasing Company. Afterwards, the Firm has also established and modernized the principle rules for the establishment of portfolios and investment funds as two new investment methods that came into light in Kuwait within 1994. Accordingly, the Firm was appointed by the International Investor, Wafra Investment Company, Gulf Bank, Burgan Bank, Al Ahli Bank, and recently BNP Paribas (National Bank of Paris), which is the first foreign bank licensed to operate through a branch in the State of Kuwait. The Firm conducted many statutory studies related to privatization, and was further appointed as a legal counsel to several oil companies, the Higher Committee of Development and Economic Reform, Foreign Technological Investments, Kuwait National Assembly and the World Bank. Five years after its inception, The Firm became the largest firm in Kuwait in terms of quantity and quality; whereas by the end of 1997, the annual court cases instituted by the Firm exceeded in number all those of the State, which resulted in changing its strategy at the beginning of 1998 by reducing the number of cases in order to improve the performance of its legal services and offer the clients accordingly the highest level of professionalism in an exceptional time.
