As the new Chief Executive Officer of KGOC, it gives me a great pleasure to share with you the vision I have for our Company as well as our workforce here at KGOC.
We will ensure that our national workforce will work with Health, Safety and Environment conscious and receive the proper hands on training in order to become subject matter experts. I would like for us to reach an international level of performance through enhancing and developing the skills and competencies of Kuwaiti manpower. In order to carry out the goal of developing human resources we will provide the best coaching, development and professional qualification as a tool for promotion and succession planning, as well as retention until their retirement.
